Terrible customer service and takes hours to get through to some one for assistance over the phone. They have cancelled my booking without telling me even!!! Never use again

I booked a holiday with the understandning that it was in a particular part of USA and when i found out that it hadn't been booked where i wanted it the managers blake becky and lee became rude and blake put the phone down on me. I wil NEVER book through them again! All be warned!!

E-bookers should improvise the tele-customer service too. Some staff are not customer friendly in handling queries and amendments to existing bookings
