It was frustrating finally thinking I had located the air tickets from London to Scotland I'd been looking into for sometime. After entering everything and ready to check-out, I got the message ; "There is a Problem" with no other indication of what the problem was. Then a very vague reply from Kelkoo that it's up to the actual provider. Why don't you link a trouble-shooting FAQ or problems direct to the vendor who has the problem, so the customer (me) doesn't feel like they're grasping for straws trying to figure out exactly what the "trouble or problem" is. Very Frustrating experience! 22-Sep-05
