I spent over $800.00 for two round trip tickets. I needed one more but with a different departure date but the same return date. It was not even three minutes between the second order and the first and the price was $20.00 more. I called CS for an explanation and hoping they would make the adjustment since I had already spent over $800.00. I was not happy with the cs rep and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was rude and raised his voice at me. I will never use Orbitz again. I will make sure that all of my family, friends, and anyone else that is in need of a airline ticket never uses this company. 07-May-06
had a last minute flight that ended up being canceled ..booked a hotel the same day through orbitz ..tried to cancel it ....not like you can't do that at any hotel turns out that they still bill you for a casncelled room at full price
