The Customer Service From AllHeart.com is the worst I have every experienced. I am not even sure if they have a customer service dept. I placed my order on Sept. 27th 2005. I have not been contacted once from the 5 emails that have been sent. I have been in customer service my entire life and have never seen such a lack of responsibility. A company that offer oline services or any for that matter has a duty to contact there customers. I should have beed known when I couldn't find a phone number on the website. They do have a fax number for orders....I guess they decided to offer some kind of number, they probably would not have done that if there wasn't money for them involved. If I were you...take you business elsewhere. They are two money other sites out there that will call you or email you back that have the exact same items. It just sucks I took the bait. LOOK OUT!!!! Its now the 19th of OCT. 2005 and still no order. 19-Oct-05
