I feel that I was ripped off in two ways, first I didn't get the service or matches I thought I would receive, than second when my contract expired I of coarse did not renew and to my surprize there's a automatic renewal
claus in the contract(fine print) so they dooped me fof another thirty bucks.I am really disapointed in this company they false advertise and than they fraud you into an extended contract. They should be ashamed of themselves, and they call their company a Christian based co.(not even)
27-Sep-06Website is ok, but the value sucks. I'm matched to guys on stupid things -- such as we like to spend time with family or we like to read. Well, that's going to make a relationship, isn't it? Hah! I've been with EHarmony for 2 years and I still haven't even met anyone in person yet. The guys on there are just as picky as the one's everywhere else. Can't judge a woman by her profile, I say. However, I do have a friend that met someone on eHarmony and married him. So I will continue to be stupid and renew my membership in hope that I will find someone. Ugh.

Not enough matches provided to look at an when you ask for new matches it pretty much exclusively tells you that none can be found at this time which just pushes the process of finding a quality mate further and further.

Site is cumbersome to use, cannot set age, too expensive for quality of matches. After two years haven't found a match worth the time and effort the site requires. This is after opening to the whole nation. They will not get any more of my money.
