Horrible......the worst! I cant understand why its so hard to get the reps to understand what your reffering to when it comes to your order....Why have order numbers if you can reffer back to it...everytime I have to call about my order I get a headache....dont get me wrong the product are great but CS is the pits...They need a whole new staff,,,,its like their robots reading off scripts..you can never get a straight answer...they cancell you orders if they think its a duplicate ,...when its not ...just DUMB!

I tried to cancel but they kept taking the money out of my account. I cancelled in early June and they will continue sending product untiil July 27. It took 3 times to cancel and I will still get the product which I must send back at my expense. This was the most annoying experience I have had dealing with an account closure. Do Not Join Beachbody.......
