I ordered flowers for my wife one week in advance for Valentine's Day. They were not delivered and customer service will not call me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I'm in the process of contacting various consumer watchdog agencies, along with the New York State Attorney General's Office. Check other websites for similar horror stories involving 1-800-Flowers.

Very dissappointed in the quality of the flowers. Ordered two dozen roses, they were wilted and already turning brown.

Website is great.. customer service is outstanding. I had a delivery that didn't look like the picture and they gave me a credit and coupon. Website is helpful
