We booked our flights to mexico thru travelocity in July for Oct. Our flight was cancelled and only 1 party was notified via email. (we had all booked individually). When we tried to work with travelocity to get our flights changed, we were informed that we could leave 2 days before our original date or....we could cancel and they would refund our money in full. We were told by several different agents with travelocity that nothing else could be done...there were no other flights available. I called the airline directly and the airline agent assisted me within 5 minutes to get an alternative flight for the same cost 1 day later leaving and arriving at the same times as our original flight. The substitute flight offered by travelocity left on the 16th but you did not arrive until 19 hrs later!!!! One of our party members cancelled her flight when given no alternative. We attempted to get her back on a flight that pm, again the next day, and the day after and everyone including the manager said it was her fault she cancelled and they could not assist us with getting a flight at the same cost.....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH TRAVELOCITY AGAIN!!!

They booked me on a flight back from Hawaii that didn't exist. There was a seasonal change to the schedule and Travelocity sold me a flight on the expired schedule. Shouldn't they know things like this? The check-in attendant quickly found me another flight on a different airline -- but then I was extensively security searched at every checkpoint and layover (since technically I "purchased" the ticket immediately before take off). I almost missed a connector flight and would have had to stay in LAX airport overnight if I didn't run quickly from one terminal to another! D_mn those f_ckers!

Booked tickets with Travelocity, when I have a problem I waited on the phone for over 90 minutes. Customer services then advise they cannot take any responsibilty for anything as they do not run the flights even though everything was booked through them. They cannot and would not help making any good contact at the flight company. All in very poor service from start to finish. Disgusted

Wow! The redesigned travelocity is really easy to use (clean and uncluttered design -- hardly any pop-ups). I got a great fare from Chicago to Seattle.
