I agree- the reps are VERY RUDE. My advise to anyone who is interested in finding a Home Mortgage Company-Do not do business with US Bank. 12/06

Their customer service reps are very rude and unhelpful. The hit you with NSF fees before the actual transaction comes in so they get double the money. They simply only care about making money, not the customer.
